2000 323ci tan leather heated seats

My driver's seat has taken a beating and probably should be replaced. My guess is that I could by a used BWM for what a pair of new seats would run if purchased from BMW. I have watched eBay and see no e46 tan/heated seats for sale.

Any ideas and/or ballpark for what two seats in very good condition would run.

How about new leather covers for your existing seats? Google bmw leather seats and you'll find a number of vendors. Costs $750 - $1500 for a full front set. If you are "handy" you can install them yourself.

New seats from the dealer will run over $3,000 each, if I recall.

Scout the junk yards for a totaled car.
